We are a local company with the largest care residence network. Our motto is People Who Care - Caring For People. It's more than a slogan to us. It's the way we approach our work. And we love what we do. A caring placement is more than locating an available room or bed. Our process considers a number of options to ensure a successful placement, including the senior, his/her family and the caregivers in the prospective care residence. Simply locating a room and a bed is a remarkable disservice to the senior in need.

 

As a local business, we know our community and the resources available to those in need. Our quality management process ensures us the opportunity to conduct unannounced inspections of the care facilities in our network. This is a written agreement in order to become a member of our PCHF Care Network. Those who do not agree do not become members; moreover, PCHF does not utilize their care services. For PCHF, transparency is key.  

 

We work closely with San Antonio's medical community and care facility residences to provide the best opportunities for seniors.

 

National companies don't know our communities. Surprisingly, some require considerable upfront fees from the local care residences to merely be considered. This pay approach skews care. This pay for play approach also ensures they do not assist those who are financially challenged. PCHF examines each case. We may not always succeed assisting those who are financially challenged, but we don't preclude who don't meet a specific financial limit. 

 

We've combined our skills, education and experiences to develop a successful method. This resulted in our building the largest Care Residence Network in the county and the most trusted in the medical community. Our backgrounds in international corporations in health care and insurance, communications, customer care, and quality management processes sets us apart. 

 

Personal Care Homes and Assisted Living Facilities aren't nursing or group homes. Nursing Homes and Group Homes have different criteria; consequently, PCHF does not utilize them.

 

Care Homes are located in all neighborhoods and may be in yours, too. Small Assisted Living Facilities most often look like any other home and are also located in neighborhoods throughout all areas of San Antonio and Bexar County proper. Additionally, PCHF incorporates large care faciities for those who prefer them.
